Pulled Chicken with BBQ Peach Bourbon Sauce

Comments:

We didn’t have any bourbon, so we used a single molt scotch. Heather (not a whiskey/scotch fan at all) HATED the sauce, but Arthur (huge whiskey fan) loved it (and he even ate his greens!). We served it with garlic spinach.

Cook chicken breast or tenders. Pull chicken apart with two forks. Cook sauce and add with hot chicken.
